Terms & Conditions for Event Bookings

At mpajconventioncentre.com.my, we aim to deliver quality service and ensure clarity in our booking process. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies related to event bookings, payments, changes, and general guidelines to help you plan your event confidently with us.

Payment Terms

To secure your booking, an advance payment is required. Bookings are only considered official once payment has been received by Felda D’Saji Sdn Bhd.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Cheque

  • Credit Card (MasterCard/Visa)

  • Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)

A deposit of 50% is required based on the estimated quotation for the event, including total guest count and package details.

Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the event date. For individual bookings, payment must be completed no later than 14 days prior to the event.

For corporate bookings, full payment must be received before the event date. If payment is made using a Purchase Order (PO), a valid copy must be provided. Any outstanding balances must be cleared within 14 days after the event. Failure to comply may result in rejection of future bookings via PO.

Event Amendments and Postponements

Clients are allowed to amend their event date only once. Any request for date changes must be submitted at least 6 months in advance.

The advance payment is non-refundable. Only the first postponement is permitted. Subsequent changes or cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

All change requests must be made in writing and accompanied by the original booking confirmation.

If the event is postponed less than 6 months from the original date, the deposit will not be refunded. If postponed more than 6 months in advance, 50% of the deposit may be refunded.

Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person or entity.

General Reminders

No services will be rendered until the advance deposit has been received.

All prices quoted are exclusive of:

  • 5% Service Tax

  • 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST)

Felda D’Saji Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any booking if the client fails to comply with these terms.

Guest Attendance

The final guest count must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event date. This number will be used for final arrangements.

Bringing outside food or beverages is not permitted unless prior approval is granted by Felda D’Saji Sdn Bhd under specific conditions.

If the client fails to adhere to the agreed package terms, full charges will apply.

Bookings on public holidays will incur an additional fee of RM4,000 per session.
